## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of independently owning complex, cross-functional product areas
- Experience building or owning B2B platform products, including enterprise UX flows and underlying platform infrastructure
- Strong technical acumen — comfortable engaging deeply with engineering teams on system design, APIs, and platform architecture
- Experience managing external partner or customer relationships as part of a product role, not just internal stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex technical and business context for both engineering teams and executive audiences
- Experience in ad tech, retail media, or marketplace advertising, particularly on the demand or advertiser side — for example, owning advertiser-facing campaign management or reporting flows
