## About the role

• Lead finance support for R&D departments, including annual planning, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and analysis. Partner with engineering and product stakeholders to build accurate, insightful financial plans. • Own the P&L process and analysis for R&D functions, including headcount, cost of goods sold (including infrastructure and hosting spend), and other operating expenses.

## What they're looking for

- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CPA is preferred
- • Eight or more years of experience in FP&A, Engineering Finance, or a related field, ideally in high-growth SaaS
- • Experience partnering with engineering or product teams, and familiarity with cloud infrastructure cost drivers, is a plus
- • Proven experience in a senior finance role, with demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
- • Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions
