We're looking for an Events Producer to help deliver Intercom's most important brand events across North America and Europe. You'll join a small, high-performing team that creates memorable experiences showcasing Fin's product innovation and Intercom's leadership in AI.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of experience producing live events, conferences, field marketing events, or brand experiences
- Experience managing event logistics from planning through onsite execution
- Familiarity with live event production, including AV, staging, run of show, and vendor coordination
- Experience working with external vendors, venues, and production partners
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams
