## About the role

Provides advanced, diversified, and highly confidential executive support to the Chief People Officer and the Human Resources function. Manages a complex and frequently changing executive calendar, including prioritizing meetings, resolving scheduling conflicts, coordinating across time zones, and ensuring the CPO is fully prepared for key meetings and commitments.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience is strongly preferred
- 8+ years of progressive executive assistant or senior administrative experience, including direct support of a C-suite or senior executive, is required
- Demonstrated experience managing complex executive calendars, domestic and international travel, and expense reporting in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams, strong PowerPoint skills and demonstrated ability to create polished executive presentations and meeting materials are required
- Strong technology aptitude and comfort learning and using new digital tools and business applications, experience with AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
- Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: Concur, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Adobe Acrobat, Workday, or similar enterprise systems
