## About the role

Manage full-cycle recruiting process including, but not limited to: sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting recruiter calls, assisting in scheduling interviews, compiling feedback and managing candidate communications. Develop direct relationships with existing team members, providing them with operational and morale leadership.

## What they're looking for

- Experience in recruiting, sales, or other high-performance, relationship-driven environments strongly preferred
- The ability to proactively identify, engage, influence, and close high-quality candidates
- A track record of successfully managing a pipeline and driving processes from the initial outreach through close
- Outstanding organizational skills
- A great attitude and willingness to get your hands dirty
