## About the role

As the Head of Brand Design , you will be the architect of Intro's visual universe. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires a "player-coach" mentality. You will set the global creative vision while remaining deeply "in the tools" to execute handcrafted, premium design work at a high-volume output. Own the Visual Identity: Define and evolve the Intro brand aesthetic across every touchpoint – ensuring it feels striking, elevated, and authoritative.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of experience in brand design or art direction, with a focus on premium brands ( Caveat: if you’re exceptional, we do not care about résumé pedigree)
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise in AI design tools as a core part of your creative process
- A portfolio that demonstrates elevated visual storytelling
