## What they're looking for

- Act as the Operational Backbone: Take highly ambiguous client problems and structure them into clear, actionable delivery frameworks. Design, implement, and scale 0-to-1 operational processes
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and upskill operational staff and internal delivery teams, fostering a culture of rigorous problem-solving, extreme ownership, and operational excellence
- Zero-to-One Operations: Proven track record of building complex operations, delivery frameworks, and scalable processes from scratch
- Client-Facing Excellence: Strong executive presence and a proven ability to support complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts and guide senior leadership
- Deep Project Management: Exceptional ability to break down massive, ambiguous projects into actionable workstreams and execute them with relentless precision
- Analytical Rigor: Advanced proficiency in data analysis (Excel, Google Suite). Experience with SQL (optional), business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker), or automation platforms is highly preferred
