## About the role

We are looking for a Manager, Intercompany Accounting to join our US Accounting Team. As a Manager, Intercompany Accounting, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world’s best quantum computers to solve the world’s most complex problems.

## What they're looking for

- BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including intercompany accounting in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment
- Hands-on experience preparing intercompany eliminations and supporting a consolidated monthly close
- Working knowledge of transfer pricing concepts and the ability to translate transfer pricing policy into accounting entries
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, including consolidation (ASC 810) and foreign currency (ASC 830)
- Experience designing and operating internal controls in a SOX or SOX-readiness environment
