## About the role

We are looking for a Certified Salesforce Administrator with proven experience managing hybrid architectures (specifically bridging Salesforce GovCloud and Commercial instances) to maintain strict FedRAMP compliance while seamlessly integrating cross-environment data and workflows.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce administrator, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Direct experience with Salesforce Government Cloud, Salesforce Shield, and FedRAMP-authorized environments
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) and demonstrated mastery of the declarative platform, including the security model, permission sets, flows, report types, and page layouts
- Hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a regulated or compliance-driven environment, with working knowledge of access governance and audit support
