## About the role

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on IT Asset Manager to take full ownership of the lifecycle, financial health, and regulatory compliance of our global IT asset portfolio. In this role, you will bridge the gap between IT operations, finance, and legal compliance.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT procurement, or IT contract governance, with a proven track record of handling multi-site corporate environments
- Financial & Analytical Mastery: Strong experience managing IT vendor contracts, negotiating software renewals, managing vendor relations, and building data-driven cost-optimization strategies
- Compliance Rigor: Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential compliance procedures, legal hold logistics, and precise chain-of-custody documentation
- Technical Fundamentals: Sound hands-on understanding of enterprise IT hardware, standard client operating systems (macOS and Windows), and core SaaS ecosystems
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency with formal ITAM, SAM, or ITSM software (e.g., ServiceNow, Snipe-IT, Jira Service Desk, Flexera, or Freshservice)
- Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate fluidly with Corporate Legal, Finance, internal InfoSec leads, and external software auditors
