## About the role

Ironclad is hiring a Senior Finance Manager, GYM to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic insights for our Sales organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Finance within the CFO organization, you will serve as a key strategic business partner to Sales leadership and a critical driver of Ironclad’s continued revenue growth.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 6+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, or investment banking, with direct experience supporting GTM/Sales organizations in high-growth SaaS environments
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of SaaS business metrics (ARR, Net Retention Rate, LTV/CAC, sales capacity, pipeline hygiene, and incentive comp structures)
- Cross-Functional Influence: Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and translating complex financial data into actionable strategic guidance for non-finance stakeholders
- Technical & Modeling Mastery: Advanced financial modeling skills with hands-on proficiency in Excel. Experience with FP&A platforms (Anaplan, Adaptive, Planful), CRM (Salesforce), ERP (NetSuite), and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is strongly preferred
- AI & Modern Tooling Proficiency: Familiarity with leveraging AI tools, automated data workflows, or advanced analytics to increase FP&A efficiency, speed up data analysis, and automate forecasting processes
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, MBA or advanced degree is a plus
