## About the role

Ironclad is hiring a Senior Finance Systems & AI Engineer to own the data infrastructure, system integrations, and AI automation that power our Finance teams.This role sits within the Finance organization and reports directly to the VP of FP&A with a dotted line to the Controller.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in Finance and 3+ Years in Finance Systems, Business Applications, or FP&A Engineering at a high-growth technology company, with demonstrated ownership of outcomes rather than tickets
- AI-first mindset and hands-on experience: you've built or deployed AI/LLM-powered automation in a Finance or operations context
- Deep hands-on experience with at least one modern EPM platform including data model design, formula logic, and integration configuration
- Working knowledge of NetSuite (or equivalent ERP) including chart of accounts, dimensions, reporting structures, and API/integration patterns
