## About the role

Own the data import experience and product features. Make it easy for customers to bring in contracts and metadata from communications platforms, 3rd party repositories, shared drives, and other business applications while preserving structure, relationships, permissions, and provenance.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of product management experience, including staff-level ownership in a data rich environment with a proven track record of building user-facing experiences
- Zero-to-one product development experience building AI solutions. This is a role that requires conceptual thinking about how to build AI capabilities that leverage Ironclad's vast pool of data
- Strong quantitative judgment and experience defining metrics, instrumentation, quality thresholds, and feedback loops for data and platform products
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (Series B through IPO)
- Enterprise-product judgment where trust, security, compliance, portability, and workflow integration matter
- Excellent customer empathy, written communication, and ability to make complex technical and product concepts clear to diverse audiences
