## About the role

We're hiring a Supply Chain Manager (Buyer / Planner) to own manufacturing and demand planning, materials management, and supply chain operations for Ironsite's hardware.

## What they're looking for

- 5-8+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing planning, or operations management at a hardware company that scaled from early production to volume
- Deep experience with MRP, MPS, and S&OP processes in a manufacturing environment
- Strong ERP experience (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, or similar) and demonstrated ability to configure and improve supply chain workflows within those systems
- Hands-on experience managing contract manufacturers and coordinating production plans with overseas partners
- Strong analytical skills. You're comfortable modeling demand, capacity, and inventory scenarios in spreadsheets or with SQL
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and ever-changing environment
