## About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who combines strong accounting fundamentals with a builder mindset. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own core accounting work while also helping us build a more automated, scalable Finance function. You’ll play a key role in month-end close, multi-entity accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting - but we’re equally interested in how you improve the way that work gets done.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong hands-on experience in month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience operating in a fast-paced accounting environment
- Experience with multi-entity accounting, intercompany transactions, and consolidated financial reporting
- Hands-on experience implementing, migrating, integrating, or significantly improving an ERP or accounting system
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and connect information across multiple systems, experience with SQL, Python, APIs, or similar tools is a plus
