## About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Finance Lead to help shape Iru’s financial strategy and support the company through its next stage of growth. This is not a traditional FP&A role. We need a strategic finance leader who can own core planning and performance work while also helping leadership make critical decisions about company capitalization, debt and equity, capital structure, and potential fundraising.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience across strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, management consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a related analytical discipline
- A background that combines two or more of the following is strongly preferred, candidates with experience across three or all four will be especially compelling:
- Investment banking
- Management consulting
- Private equity or venture capital
- In-house strategic finance or FP&A
