## What they're looking for

- J.D. or equivalent law degree with active U.S. state bar admission in good standing (Massachusetts Bar or eligible for in-house registration in MA)
- Experience gained either within a biotechnology/pharmaceutical in-house legal department or a specialised life sciences law firm practice
- Expert knowledge of clinical trial execution, CRO outsourcing models and regulatory guidelines (GCP/ICH)
- Proven ability to work autonomously and prioritise a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong collaborative mindset with exceptional stakeholder communication skills, tailored to embedding directly with scientific, medical and clinical operations teams
- Familiarity with global and multi-jurisdictional clinical trial contracting landscapes (US, UK, and EU regulatory frameworks)
