## About the role

This role is one of the most important seats on our PMM team right now. We're at an inflection point. Jane is trusted by hundreds of thousands of practitioners across North America, and we're working to make sure the world knows it. The Platform PMM owns why Jane, at the platform level — the connective tissue between our brand, our core positioning, and how that story shows up everywhere a practitioner encounters us: marketing, product, web, and the frontline teams talking to them every day.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years in Product Marketing or a closely related role, with experience operating at the platform or brand level
- Demonstrated strength in customer backed positioning and messaging architecture. You've built messaging frameworks that others use and maintain
- Experience partnering on PLG motions. Funnel strategy, trial optimization, and self-serve acquisition are in your tool belt as a strategic partner to a Growth team
- Comfort working from product strategy and roadmap inputs, translating what's coming into positioning before it ships
- Experience with SaaS pricing and packaging strategy — competitive analysis, willingness-to-pay input, research, and packaging trade-offs
- High comfort working on the website as a marketing channel in service of how a platform is positioned including information architecture, conversion thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with design and engineering
