## What they're looking for

- Own daily banking activity — performing bank reconciliations and recording journal entries with a sharp eye for accuracy
- Drive our Accounts Payable payment process end to end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls, while resolving vendor inquiries with a helpful, can-do attitude
- Review Concur expense reports for policy compliance
- Responsible for the month-end and quarter-end close, including preparing expense accruals, recording journal entries, and reconciling balance sheet accounts
- Maintain our Fixed Asset Module in NetSuite and keep fixed asset records accurate and current
- Prepare and file annual Form 1099s, ensuring timely, accurate compliance with IRS requirements
