## What they're looking for

- Leverage Your HR Rolodex: Immediately activate your pre-existing warm connections with People Ops, HR Directors, and C-Suite decision-makers across Germany to book discovery calls
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS/Services sales experience strictly within HR Tech, HR Services, WorkTech, or Global Mobility in the German market
- A strong, active, and pre-existing Rolodex of HR directors and People Ops decision-makers in Germany (DACH region). You must be able to open doors on day one
- Native or business-fluent German (C2 level) paired with professional fluency in English
