## About the role

We are seeking a driven and highly experienced Vice President - Strategic Accounts to join our growing employer sales organization. This is a senior individual-contributor, quota-carrying role that will serve as Journey’s primary employer sales position, owning qualified new-business opportunities across Journey’s target market.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with a consistent record of achieving or exceeding new-business targets
- Demonstrated success personally generating pipeline and closing complex, high-value new-business opportunities with large employers, including Fortune 500 companies or equivalent organizations
- Deep knowledge of the employer benefits or healthcare ecosystem, with established relationships among benefits leaders, consultants, and brokers and the ability to build new ones
- Exceptional ability to lead consultative sales processes and navigate complex buying cycles, including RFPs, procurement, negotiation, contracting, and executive decision-making
- Strong opportunity-management, forecasting, and CRM discipline, with the ability to operate independently and resourcefully in a growing company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey Journey’s value proposition to diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams
