## About the role

Judi Health is seeking a practical, business-oriented Contracting Attorney to support the drafting, review, negotiation, and management of a broad range of commercial, healthcare, client, vendor, and technology agreements. This role will partner closely with Legal, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Product, and Information Security stakeholders to help structure transactions, identify and mitigate legal and business risk, and support efficient contracting processes.

## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, with active membership in good standing
- 3+ years of relevant attorney experience in a law firm, in-house legal department, or comparable setting, with significant responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong knowledge of contract law and demonstrated ability to identify, communicate, and resolve legal and business risks in complex agreements
- Experience with healthcare, health plan, technology, data, privacy, or highly regulated commercial contracting strongly preferred
- Working familiarity with healthcare and privacy laws and regulations relevant to contracting, including HIPAA and related federal and state requirements
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills
