## About the role

The Legal Operations Specialist is responsible for many of the Legal Department’s day-to-day operations, and helps to ensure that the department’s workflows and priorities remain aligned with the needs of the business and its customers. This role will play a critical role in implementing and managing the department’s internal processes and systems, with a particular focus on contracting and information-management processes and related technology tools and platforms, to promote efficiency and productivity.

## What they're looking for

- B.A. or B.S. required, with paralegal experience/certificate preferred
- 3+ years of experience with legal project operations/management
- Prior health care, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), and/or software-as-a-service (SaaS) experience preferred
- Prior experience with Salesforce platform preferred
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups ( e.g. , finance, operations, sales, IT)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, while successfully managing multiple projects to completion
