## About the role

The intern will support the Clinical Programs team by: (1) leading a strategic initiative focused on market landscape analysis and conducting a formal RFP for a new condition management vendor, and (2) the evaluation of clinical quality and cost measures for a clinical pharmacogenomics program. This role offers hands-on experience in healthcare strategy, clinical evidence review, practical KPI development, and managed care operations.

## What they're looking for

- Currently enrolled in, recently completed, or experienced equivalent to an MBA, PharmD, MPH, MS, MHA, health economics, public health, business, consulting, or related graduate program
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to evaluate healthcare research, evidence quality, and practical business implications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret statistical analyses, synthesize complex clinical and economic findings, and communicate conclusions clearly to both business (non-clinical) and clinical stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
