## About the role

The Senior HRIS Analyst is a hands-on functional and technical expert responsible for the administration, configuration, optimization, and support of the organization’s HR technology ecosystem. Reporting to the Manager, HR Technology, this role leads complex system enhancements, reporting, integrations, security, testing, and data-quality initiatives while serving as an escalation point and trusted partner to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- At least 5 years of progressive HRIS or HR technology experience, including hands-on configuration and production support for an enterprise HR platform
- Demonstrated experience independently leading complex system enhancements, testing, reporting, integrations, security, and data-management activities
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data across core HR, payroll, benefits, talent, recruiting, performance, and compensation
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose complex system and data issues and recommend sustainable solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences and translate business needs for technical partners
