## About the role

As Juicebox’s first Engineering Manager, you’ll lead a team building products that thousands of recruiting teams rely on every day. You’ll partner with product and design to deliver high-impact features while helping engineers grow and do their best work. This is a hands-on leadership role combining people management, technical depth, and execution. You’ll coach engineers, lead complex initiatives, and help shape our engineering culture while staying involved in architecture and key technical decisions.

- Experience managing and developing software engineering teams in a startup or high-growth environment
- Strong engineering fundamentals and experience building and shipping production systems
- A track record of leading complex technical initiatives while balancing people leadership, technical judgment, and execution
