## About the role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our search acquisition engine across traditional and emerging search platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies across Google, Bing, OpenAI Ads, and other AI-native search channels, helping drive efficient customer acquisition and pipeline growth.

## What they're looking for

- 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
- Deep hands-on experience managing Google Ads and seven-figure monthly budgets
- Experience with high consideration, low conversion volume environments such as B2B SaaS, fintech, insurance, or similar
- Strong analytical judgment and a holistic approach to evaluating marketing performance
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable operating in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Experience with Bing Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, or other emerging search channels is a plus
