## About the role

We’re hiring a Head of Growth Product to own and scale Juicebox’s organic and product-led growth engine. A significant portion of Juicebox revenue already comes from our self-serve product motion. This role will focus on growing that channel through product experiments, lifecycle marketing, and user-driven growth loops.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years working on growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company (4+ preferred)
- Experience with product-led growth or growth experimentation
- Comfort working with product and user data
- Ability to read or write SQL queries (or interpret them)
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to run experiments end-to-end
- High EQ and ability to collaborate across teams to ship initiatives
