## What they're looking for

- Approximately 5+ years of experience in community building, grassroots programs, partnerships, audience development, or a related field—or an equivalent track record
- Evidence of personally launching or substantially growing a community, program, or system from an early stage, including social media channels
- Strong understanding of Spades culture is highly preferred, including respect for differences in language, traditions, rules, and community norms
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust and build authentic relationships with diverse communities and external partners
- Experience developing programs and experiences that drive participation, connection, and long-term engagement with measurable KPI support
- Strong writing, facilitation, and editorial judgment, including the ability to recognize stories without being the primary creative producer
