## About the role

Jump is looking for a Senior Manager, Customer Marketing to build the customer marketing function from the ground up, turning our most successful customers into the proof, references, and advocates that represent next-gen financial advising. You'll find and tell the customer stories that give Sales and Marketing real proof to work with, build an efficient customer reference program, and create an advocacy engine that keeps customers engaged and vocal on our behalf.

- 5+ years building or scaling a customer marketing function at a high-growth B2B software company, ideally from an early stage
- Creative Orientation: a track record of originating customer marketing strategies and programs, not just executing an existing playbook
