## About the role

Shape the Treasury roadmap: Help define the vision and multi-quarter strategy for Treasury at Juniper Square. Sequence the roadmap across reliability investments, workflow improvements, and new capability bets.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B or Enterprise SaaS, with a significant portfolio of shipped work across the full development lifecycle
- Proven experience owning a complex product area end to end, from strategy and roadmap through execution and iteration, ideally in a data-heavy or workflow-heavy domain
- Fluency with modern AI tooling. Comfort with LLMs, Cursor, and Claude Code is expected - you should be able to run your own prototypes and use AI to get to answers faster than a traditional PM workflow allows
- Track record shipping AI-driven features with strong attention to trust, explainability, accuracy, and error states, especially in high-stakes domains
- Demonstrated autonomy: able to set vision, build roadmaps, define KPIs, and execute with minimal guidance while coordinating engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to articulate product decisions clearly to engineers, designers, executives, and customers alike
