## About the role

We're looking for a VP of Finance to own our financial function end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the founders. You'll be equal parts strategic partner and operator — building the models and infrastructure that guide the business while also rolling up your sleeves to close the books, run analyses, and answer hard questions with data.

## What they're looking for

- Proven experience as a finance leader (VP Finance, or senior finance operator), ideally with startup or high-growth company experience
- Genuinely hands-on — comfortable owning both the strategy and the spreadsheet. No task is beneath you
- Strong command of modern finance and business tooling — you're fluent in today's SaaS finance stack (e.g., ERP/accounting, FP&A, billing, BI) and comfortable working closely with a technical team and their systems
- AI-forward — you actively use AI tools to work faster and smarter, and you look for ways to automate and augment the finance function rather than throw headcount at it
- Excellent judgment, low ego, and high output. You do great work with minimal oversight in a fast-moving environment
- Fintech, lead gen/marketing, or financial services experience is a strong plus
