## About the role

The Time and Product Foundations domain owns the infrastructure and experiences that make Justworks' core product work as one system, regardless of how or where an admin completes their job. Within this domain, the Product Foundations mission builds the horizontal layers that other domains depend on: unified communications, analytics and reporting intelligence, core product surfaces, and our member facing mobile experience.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 3 years of product development leadership and 7 years as a product manager in a modern technology business
- Experience leading complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution
- You’ve led technical products and/or have a background in computer science (or similar)
- Experience building new products (0 to 1) as well as a track record of shipping continuous product improvements to an existing product portfolio at-scale
- High bar for product quality and user experience and skilled at breaking down ambiguous problems and sequencing bets
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down complex problems for team execution against business needs
