## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar technical role with hands-on Workday configuration experience
- In-depth knowledge of HR systems and technologies, such as Workday, payroll systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and learning management systems (LMS)
- Knowledge of HR-related processes. Familiarity with employment laws
- Familiarity with Workday integrations and data exchange between third-party systems (such as payroll providers, benefit carriers, or time collection systems) is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving skill
- A customer-centric, employee experience mentality that is eager to resolve questions and issues
