## About the role

You are an experienced analytics leader who thinks about data in terms of decisions, systems, and repeatable frameworks. You've spent your career helping business leaders ask sharper questions of their data, translating complex analysis into clarity and action, and building the reporting foundations that enable partners to diagnose, explore, and decide on their own. You develop analysts who do both well.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of hands-on analytics experience, including hypothesis-driven analysis, business case development, and strategic recommendations
- 4+ years of people management, including direct responsibility for developing senior-level individual contributors
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience working in modern BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Looker or similar)
- Working knowledge of at least one statistical programming language (e.g. Python / R)
- Comfort with predictive modeling techniques is a plus
- Demonstrated experience partnering with and influencing VP-level and above stakeholders to frame problems, present findings, and shape decisions
