## About the role

As a Senior Claims Manager of Workers Compensation (WC), you will work collaboratively within Justworks’ Workers Compensation Team as well as cross-functionally with teams across Justworks including: Customer Success, Technology, Engineering & Product, Accounting, Business Intelligence, Onboarding, Legal, and Finance. You will carry your own caseload of complex and/or high exposure claims while providing day to day guidance and oversight to a small claims team.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years of experience in a Third Party Claims Administration(TPA) or PEO experience in claims
- Some experience mentoring, training or informally leading peers or junior claims associates
- Working knowledge of WC regulations in multiple states, ability to navigate jurisdictional differences confidently
- Solid reserving skills and understanding of indemnity, medical and expense components of claim financials
- Strong organizational and communication skills, comfortable interacting directly with PEO customers and external partners
- Proficiency with claims management systems an/or RMIS platforms
