At Justworks, we empower small businesses and entrepreneurs to thrive. As Social Media Lead, your role is to bring the stories of our company, products, customers and leaders to life and shape how the Justworks’ brand shows up across social platforms.

## What they're looking for

- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in social media strategy, brand storytelling, product content , and community management in-house B2B, SAAS, and/or tech experience preferred))
- Experience translating campaigns, product launches, customer stories, executive perspectives and earned-media moments into compelling social content
- Strong understanding of how creators, influencers and community engagement can help brands reach new audiences and build influence
- Strong editorial and creative judgement, with the ability to balance bold ideas, cultural relevance, brand standards and business objectives
- Experience with scheduling, social listening, and analytics tools including Sprout Social and Meltwater
- Eager to stay up to date on social media trends, best practices, and technology updates including new platforms, features, and toolsSolution-oriented “get to yes” attitude and extreme attention to detail
