## About the role

Own the technical implementation across our most complex enterprise deployments. Design and deliver the technical rollout for named enterprise accounts - SSO (Entra ID, Okta, OIDC), SCIM provisioning, calendar integration (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace service accounts), Kadence Agent deployment via Intune/MDM, public-IP configuration for automated check-in, Zscaler/proxy/VPN exceptions, HRIS syncs (Azure AD, Workday feeds), and hardware setup (Neat devices, iPad kiosks, room displays).

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role - solutions engineering, sales engineering, technical account management, implementation architecture, or enterprise IT delivery - ideally in SaaS serving mid-market and enterprise customers
- You've owned launches, not just configurations. You've run go-live plans with dependency chains, comms sequences, pilot cohorts, and cutover risk and delivered them on the date you committed
- You are a natural coach and trainer. You can design a curriculum, build assets, and deliver live to a mixed audience of IT admins, workplace leaders, and end users and leave each audience confident
- You are excellent with enterprise IT and security stakeholders. You can hold your own with a CISO, a network architect, and a workplace director in the same call and you make each of them feel heard
- You are structurally organized. You can hold 8–15 concurrent enterprise deployments in your head, know exactly what is blocked on what, and never let a customer wait on you
- You communicate cleanly under pressure. You translate "the SSO consent flow requires an Entra global admin to approve the enterprise app manifest" into something a non-technical champion can understand and act on
