## About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic, high-conviction investor to join our team as a Partner . In this role, you’ll help shape the future of the firm by identifying and backing extraordinary founders at the earliest stages. You’ll lead end-to-end investments, drive thesis development, and provide strategic support to founders as they navigate the challenges of early company building.

## What they're looking for

- Source and lead investment opportunities in pre-seed to Series A startups that fit our investment criteria of gap-closing for low-income communities and/or communities of color
- Own the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, diligence, memo writing, IC presentation, and term sheet negotiation
- Serve as a key point of contact and strategic advisor to portfolio founders
- Help shape and evolve the firm’s investment thesis and sector focus areas
- Represent Kapor Capital at industry events, demo days, and through thought leadership
- Support fund operations, LP communications, and fundraising efforts
