## About the role

Note: We are currently only able to hire candidates residing in India for this fully remote position. Kard is looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Data Support Analyst to join our Data team. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for ad-hoc data requests from Sales and other internal teams, helping stakeholders access, understand, and troubleshoot the data they need to work effectively.

## What they're looking for

- 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics support, data operations, or a similar role
- Strong SQL skills and experience using data to answer business questions and troubleshoot issues
- Experience with modern data and analytics tools, familiarity with Databricks or Count is a plus
- Strong spreadsheet skills, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and general analysis
- Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear analytical requirements and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach to supporting internal teams
