## About the role

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to help accelerate awareness and adoption of Karius’s metagenomic testing portfolio across the hospital and outpatient settings. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing comprehensive digital channel growth strategies in partnership with internal teams and agency partners. You will be an integral part of advancing our commercial capabilities to reach new markets and audiences.

## What they're looking for

- Subject to extended periods of sitting and/or standing, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is generally performed in an office, lab or clinical environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent. Advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, Sales and/or Strategy Consulting, preferably within life sciences or healthcare
- Demonstrated track record of translating digital marketing programs into measurable commercial outcomes, including qualified leads, pipeline optimization, and attributable or influenced revenue
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect channel performance and customer behavior to actionable commercial recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for diverse and senior stakeholders
