## About the role

This role owns that unlock, alongside additional workflow automation development, and the day-to-day integration products our customers depend on. The ideal hire can commit to working Eastern Time (EST).

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in product management, with meaningful time owning integrations, APIs, or platform products
- Direct experience owning partner or API integrations as an ongoing product rather than a project. You have made standardize-versus-accommodate calls and lived with the consequences
- Technical fluency to work directly with engineers on APIs, webhooks, data models, and error handling. You do not need to be an engineer, but you should never need a translator
- Ability to turn input from customers, partners, and internal teams into clear, written, prioritized requirements
- Comfort working with external partner teams, including the diplomacy of influencing a roadmap you do not control
