## About the role

Karumi is building a world where software explains and sells itself. We build AI agents that interact with real products in real time—joining video calls with prospects, navigating a product in a real browser, and delivering the “aha moment” instantly. We’re hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to own end-to-end customer rollouts of Karumi: configuring, deploying, and operating our AI agent in real customer environments.

## What they're looking for

- 1–3 years in Forward Deployed / Implementation Engineering, QA/testing, or solutions engineering
- Engineering mindset: you enjoy debugging systems, finding root causes, and optimizing how things work
