- 12+ years of progressive professional experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
- Proven track record of leading complex M&A transactions from initial evaluation and valuation through due diligence, negotiation, and closing
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills, including experience with discounted cash flow analysis, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and other relevant valuation methodologies
- Strong understanding of financial statements, transaction structuring, investment returns, and the financial implications of acquisitions
