## About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager for KeeperPAM, you will drive execution across product initiatives, customer-impacting issues and roadmap commitments throughout the broader Privileged Access Management portfolio. This role is focused on turning product priorities into coordinated execution.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, technical project leadership or a related role within SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise software
- Strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, cloud infrastructure, integrations and modern enterprise application architectures
- Experience driving complex software initiatives across Product, Engineering, QA and customer-facing teams
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple technical workstreams, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines
- Experience coordinating complex customer escalations or production issues involving multiple engineering teams
- Ability to read and understand technical requirements, architecture discussions, logs, API documentation and engineering tradeoffs
