## About the role

You'll be the connective tissue of our engineering team — owning the system-level architecture, requirements, and integration strategy across hardware, software, and mechanical subsystems. Our products are safety-critical, field-deployed systems built to demanding performance and reliability requirements. This role requires someone who can hold the big picture while diving into subsystem details when it matters.

## What they're looking for

- 8+ years of systems engineering experience on defense, aerospace, robotics, or other complex, safety-critical programs
- Deep understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle: requirements development, architecture, ICD management, V&V planning, and qualification
- Experience managing interfaces across hardware, embedded software, and mechanical subsystems
- Comfort reading and authoring engineering documentation: interface control documents, test plans, hazard analyses, and SSPs
- Proven ability to lead technical coordination across a multidisciplinary team
- Working English, written and verbal
