## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred (or in progress)
- 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or a related role (affiliate agency experience a plus)
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with affiliate partners and cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions, proficiency with data software such as Tableau and Amplitude
