## About the role

We are able to deliver faster than traditional agencies in thanks to our proprietary build pipeline and hosted workspace platform that's been battle-tested in client deployments across healthcare, finance, and operations applications. We're now investing in the next iteration of that platform : transforming it into a self-serve tool for a more technical audience.

## What they're looking for

- Experience with LLM orchestration or AI-assisted code generation in production
- 6+ years building and operating production software, with meaningful time spent on platform, infrastructure, or backend systems
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, data modeling, and API design
- Experience with multi-tenancy, auth/permissions, or sandboxing
- Comfort owning systems end to end: you can design it, ship it, operate it, and debug it in production
- A bias toward shipping. You're energized by a fast build–test–iterate loop and real users, not by long specs
