## About the role

We’re looking for a Compliance Reporting & Data Analyst to help us build the reporting muscle Kin needs as we scale. As we expand into new states and roll out new products, our regulatory, financial, and audit reporting obligations grow in both volume and complexity — and the stakes for getting them right grow with them.

## What they're looking for

- Experience working in the P&C insurance industry
- Familiarity with Looker or a comparable BI tool
- Familiarity with data pipeline and data-platform tools such as Databricks, Airflow, or AWS tools
- Experience with JIRA or similar work-management tools
- Accounting, finance, or audit experience
- Experience developing automated data-quality checks, reconciliations, or reporting processes
