Our leads are inbound and high-intent, giving you the opportunity to have real conversations and build lasting relationships with customers who are actively looking for coverage. ## What they're looking for

- Must be available Monday–Friday
- Mandatory paid training for the first 2+ weeks: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
- Post-training schedules will be assigned based on business needs and will fall within our operating hours of 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST
- All shifts are 8 hours plus a 30-minute lunch break
- No weekend shifts required
- Bilingual ability (Spanish preferred)
